Our Virtual P.E. program includes LIVE online P.E. workouts and classroom sessions divided into:
TWO CLASS CATEGORIES
Middle & High School.
Tuition includes access to 5 workout classes and 1 classroom session LIVE online each week. Classroom sessions will include videos, worksheets and quizzes covering the basics of the Muscular, Skeletal, Cardiovascular and Respiratory Systems and Nutrition and how they relate to exercise and fitness. Our virtual P.E. LIVE classes feature full-body workouts that focus on cardio, strength, core, balance and flexibility. All classes will include exercises that can be completed with body weight only. No equipment required. Modifications for each exercise are given to make the workouts
challenging yet achievable for students all fitness levels!
Earn points for each workout completed to earn prizes!
Workouts can be done with no weights or bands.
Workouts include cardio & full body muscle strength
